WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
Hi! I am Heather Doran. I am an old soul that loves the ocean, the night sky, and nature. I love meeting people from all walks of life and learning how individuals understand their health and healing process. I have been practicing Traditional Usui Reiki since 2011 and became a Reiki Master in 2018. Being a life-long learner, I am open to learning through study, experience, and from every person I meet. This aspect of me has brought me into studying Shamanism and forms of crystal healing. I also have a master's in medical anthropology which has supported deepening my healing and spiritual practices and my understanding of how we are all connected. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Reiki Session
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. As an energy healing modality, Reiki clears energetic blocks in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. When the work is done in person, the practitioners would hover or lay hands on the person to help feel and remove these blocks. For distance work, the practitioner completes the healing through their mind's eye and still completes the laying of hands process from afar. Energy does not have time and space limitations, providing the ability for the practitioner to tune into the energy field of their client. Time is taken after each session to provide feedback about the session from the practitioner as well as time for questions or comments from the client.

Healing Session with Journey Work
Reiki and Shamanism can work beautifully with one another. Shamanism is a healing tradition in which a practitioner connects to the universal energies, the Spirit, that is around us daily. A Shamanic practitioner becomes a conduit for healing energy and for spiritual messages to be shared with the client. The messages come in many forms from helping guides and universal energies including images, colors, feelings, and/or words. These messages may be related to healing happening in the session or a guidance message for you to continue the healing process in some way or even just a gentle reminder. For this distance healing session, a conversation takes place prior to the session to set an intention. A sacred space is created to allow for the opening up to messages and images from universal energies while a Reiki session is provided. Time is taken after each session to provide feedback about the session from the practitioner as well as time for questions or comments from the client.

Tarot or Oracle Card Reading
An intuitive card reading that provides insight into your current situation. Sessions are between 20 and 30 minutes.

Reiki Training and Other Workshops
Workshops on various topics are offered periodically. Special classes can be scheduled when enough interest is accumulated. Please visit my social media or contact me to learn about current workshops being offered.

REIKI TRAINING
Classes are available at the Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki III Master, and Reiki Teacher levels. Schedules vary, but classes are generally on weekends. Group and individual trainings are available.
Reiki I
The First Degree’s primary focus is on self-treatment. The workshop provides the framework for an individual to treat oneself, close family members (including pets), and friends.
Reiki II
The Second Degree focuses on providing the skill set required for an individual to provide Reiki to others outside their close family and friend sphere, also known as the Practitioner Level of Training. The workshop introduces three Usui Reiki symbols that support the individual in keeping a higher vibrational space to provide Reiki, to support mental and emotional wellness, and to support distance/remote work that transcends time and space.
Reiki III/Master
The Third Degree, also known as the Master Level, is for those who want to deepen their Reiki practice further. Additional Usui Reiki symbols are taught as well as other energy techniques that support daily Reiki practice.
Reiki Master Teacher
The Reiki Master Teacher Level is for those looking to teach and attune others to Reiki. Please inquire with Heather directly to learn about the requirements for this level.
